Sambaddha The Practice was birthed as the first Structured Somatic Practice.

This is the first structured somatic and embodiment practice that works with nervous system regulation.

It takes you on a journey through using all of the elements in every experience.

It fuses a somatic approach to Yin Yoga, Breath-work, Free Movement & Shaking, Primal sounding, Vinyasa Yoga, & Meditation, all to beautiful deeply connected soul-full music that helps to assist you to feel deeply into your whole body/mind field on that journey.

We travel through the elements to connect back to ourselves through stillness & movement medicine.

There are four practices focusing on the four main elements.

The fifth element being engrained into all of them.

A Seven day journey to liberation through expression and movement. Seven scrumptious practices fusing different modalities assisting you to drop into your body. The practices consist of movement exploration allowing healthy, strong and supple fascia. Allowing our energy to flow through the whole body, shifting any stagnancy. Allow yourself to move with intention and connection, and truly feel.

Yin Yoga & Sound

  • Yin Yoga is a deeply healing and transformative practice that focuses on releasing the body’s connective tissues through long-held poses. This practice encourages patience, relaxation, and mindfulness, allowing students to tune into the sensations that arise during the holds. Yin Yoga helps strengthen the immune system and calm the nervous system. The soothing vibrations of the sound bath further deepen relaxation, restoring balance to the body and promoting restful, rejuvenating sleep.

Flow Dance MediTation

  • Flow Dance Meditation is a dynamic practice to connect, move, and release. Through guided movement and powerful music, you'll drop into a flow state, shift energy, and let go of what no longer serves you. Led by trauma-informed facilitators, this experience deepens self-awareness, helping you break free from reactive patterns and step into your unique flow with more presence and choice. SOULFULL Dance

  • Experience the joy of movement with Soulfull Dance, guided by Sara’s expertise in Jamaican dancehall. Dive into the feeling of dancehall steps & movement, hip and spine isolations, and flowing repetitive movements. This class is designed to release stagnant energy, leaving you feeling liberated, empowered, and free. Let the movements open up your entire being and connect you more deeply to yourself. It’s a conscious choreographed dance class to expand your heart.
