Welcome to Sambaddha The Training: A Journey of Somatic Awakening
Sambaddha The Practice was born from a journey of healing & reconnection. It’s more than a practice—it’s a connection to your truest self.
I created this to help humans break free from survival mode and to empower them with different somatic practices in one.
Somatic practices with deep curiosity is the missing link to our movement practice, the missing link to deep enquiry of the mind, the missing link to connecting back to the wisdom of our bodies.
Sambaddha isn’t just about movement. It’s about Connection. It’s about learning to move with your emotions, not bypass them.
Sambaddha The Practice is the first structured somatic and embodiment practice designed to work with nervous system regulation. It takes you on a transformative journey, utilising all the elements in every experience.
Sambaddha The Practice is more than a practice, it is more than a training—it’s a reclamation of your truest self. One that just needs to be felt, nurtured and experienced with consciousness.
In this course, you’ll learn how to: Use somatic practices to release stuck emotions stored in the body. Awaken your wild, primal self and break free from limiting patterns held deep within your psyche. Tune into the subtle signals of your body and alchemise that energy into personal power.
The course will run over 11 weeks - 7 weeks of lives with 2 fortnight integrations
This course is for:
Anyone interested in the power of somatic practices; whether you use it as a structured practice, integrate the teachings into your own personal daily practice or in your own offerings as a coach, yogi or fitness professional.
Those looking to incorporate more somatic experiencing and trauma-informed practices into their own practice; not only will this be a journey for you, but everything you learn and experience in Sambaddha can be taken away and applied to your clients, whether you’re just wanting to go on this journey for you; or if you’re a coach, yoga teacher, fitness/dance teacher or facilitator.
You’ll gain tools that help others unlock their emotions, connect deeply with their bodies, and transform patterns in their own lives, just as you’ll do for yourself.
This unique fusion includes Yin, Breath-work, Free Movement & Shaking, Primal Sounding, Yoga Asana, and Meditation, all accompanied by deeply connected, soulful music. The music aids in feeling deeply into your whole body/mind field throughout the journey.
You’ll experience and learn all different modalities as well as being able to link them together as one structured practice

Sara is the Creatrix of Sambaddha The Practice
It was birthed as the first Structured Somatic Practice and has evolved into a training for others to take what they need from this.
It is the first training that gives you a structured practice of different modalities that work with nervous system regulation.
It takes you on a journey through using all of the elements in every experience.
Yin Yoga, Breath-work, Free Movement & Shaking, Primal sounding, Yoga, Meditation and so much more to assist you to feel deeply into your whole body/mind field on that journey.
You take what you need from the training; whether you want to use it as one structured practice or use the different modalities in your own classes, coaching, retreats, workshops or for yourself.
We work through the elements to connect back to ourselves through stillness & movement medicine. We are being called to come back home to our bodies.
